After having several "bagless" vacuum cleaners that all seemed to fail (despite regular maintenance), I came to hear about Henry.
Henry HVR200 is a professional spec vacuum cleaner you see being used in offices, airports, hotels, hospitals, shops and schools etc, so if it can cope in a commercial situation, domestic dirt should be a doddle for Henry!

Numatic International make Henry HVR200 to a full professional spec, including stainless steel tubes and extensions, a crush proof hose, combination Carpet/Hard Floor Tool, crevice tool, dusting brush, upholstery tool (with slide on brush) and an extra long power cable.

Henry was easy to set-up, has a fantastic cable rewind system (no springs or catches to break) you just wind the handle round and in the cable goes, simple! It came with an extension hose that attaches to the standard hose and enables you to clean a standard stair case from top to bottom leaving Henry at the bottom of the stairs, no balancing act required here! The top extension pole has a suction release incoporated into the handle, so you can reduce suction for cleaning curtains etc. (this is also reversible for height adjustment).

Suction power is second to none, the 9 litre capacity means no frequent emptying, the bags make emptying him cleaner, no dust flying everywhere like some of the "bagless cleaners", you just take out the bag and push down a cardboard flap to seal the bag, simple.

I am extremely pleased with Henry and after 4 years of daily use, Henry has never once failed.
