I love my Hetty and I've only had it a day! Its compact, comes with all the tools you need, brushes for stairs, long thin nozzel for hard to reach places etc... and is easily assembled, it also comes with 5 bags which is brilliant!

I noticed the difference between my Hetty and my old hoover straight away, being that it actually picks up everything! It has a hi/low setting for tough areas and allows you to change the setting for the hard floors and carpets.

The lead is very long, I can plug it in downstairs and take it around the whole house without having to unplug it too which is a bonus!

Lastly, she looks fab and does exactly what the Henry does but just looks prettier! These hoovers are used for industrial use and in most offices so the proof is there!

Hetty.... Probably the best hoover I've had...!!!

I bought my new Hetty yesterday and shes fab! The suction on its excellent on hard floors and carpets. Intially i was going to buy a henry as i'd done alot of research on vacuums, as was constantly let down by other brands only lasting a year or two.

It seems that Henry hoovers have a good reputation of not only being a great hoover but being reliable and hardwearing! perfect! Being a household with kids and two pets she seems more than fit for the job and shes cute too.

Very pleased i'd done my homework, she's a fab purchase !!

Now I normally find it difficult to get excited about a vacuum cleaner but we all love her.We bought her alongside a Dyson but took that back. The kids love her bright pink colour and eyes and all want to do the cleaning now.

Dont be fooled by her only having a 1200w motor as like Henry shes flawless in design(Only differance is visual) and has the best suction of any cleaner we have owned. She even comes with 5 replacement bags and tools that are built too last.

All this for a third of the price of a Dyson and shes still built in the UK.
